Wednesday 7th Sept – Watford Open Meet 3000m
Another 3,000m evening at Watford, although struggled this year to run close to my PB of 10:12. It was a late evening but pleased with 10:28 which was an outdoor seasoned best and clocked 7 for the year and one indoors. It’s been difficult running a short distance with many ultra races.
