A tough morning, although I dont mind 10k’s found the course very similar to running the back roads to Wokingham Half marathon. the race wasnt a flat course and although not hugely challenging lacked any energy.
Finished in a below par time of 37:22 for the win but desperately wanted a PB, suspect much to do with 8 weeks worth of capsulitis and pain in my foot added to the difficulty to run fluently. Alex also convincingly won the men’s race but didn’t break his own course record.
