Back for the 5th year in a row and love this race because it bring Cross Country to another level. I love it and the challenge of the steps and hills. Its a tough course and not for the faint hearted and not once but twice you run up the 174 steps by the river bank and slide down some hills. Just short of my best time on the course finishing in 41:04 and reclaiming a first position for the ladies and Alex winning overall in 36:10 for first position.
Fantastic course set in the National Trust Grounds of Cliveden, a race I always try to go to when I can.
