Another great morning’s work, although not a PB and race conditions very windy for both Alex and I to win first Female and Male at a local race. I was nursing a sore plantar and also very tight achilles and in hindsight probably shouldnt have run but with the Trophy needing to be returned resistance was too strong. 36.56 for the win.
