A weekend full of Road and Cross country, lovely challenging course at horsepath but body wasnt in a good state having hurt my achilles 10 days earlier and still suffering. Not wanting to let the team down I continued to run and had we a full team would have won for Bucks and a 16th place for me. Not my best outing but XC not being a favourite of mine pleased to put good training in and represent the county.
