Running for Bucks we did okay as a team but again cross country not my best and the performance in the cold and being spiked caused me a lot of pain on a very undulating course in Birmingham. Used this mainly for training and great to bump into Emma from Cornwall (went to Toronto with me) and also Richard our Team Manager. Probably for me a race too many and also lead to me race this inbetween 2 x half marathons.
